NYAIL’s 2010 Exhibits will provide vendor and partner organizations with the opportunity to promote their goods and services to, people with disabilities, Independent Living professionals, service providers, governmental agencies and all other conference attendees. Reserve space early and save! The exhibitor fee is $450 through September 14 and $500 after September 14. All exhibitors must register for the conference by completing the registration form, and will receive one complimentary conference registration. Additional registrants must pay the conference registration fee.
Organizations and vendors interested in reserving a display table may do so by completing the Exhibitor Registration Form in the Conference Registration Brochure and returning it to NYAIL no later than September 21. Exhibits will be set up throughout the Ferris Foyer at the Hilton. One six foot, skirted table (including a sign with the company/organization’s name and an electrical outlet) will be in place for each vendor by 12:00 pm Monday, October 4. Exhibitors must be set up by 8:00 am on Tuesday, October 5. Our first event in the exhibit area will be the Continental Breakfast from 8:00-9:00 am on Tuesday.
Note: Space is limited and exhibit tables will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
