Cost of Registration:

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Tuesday Continental breakfast, lunch, dinner; Wednesday Continental breakfast, lunch; and all conference breaks.

• The FIRST 200 registrations received by September 14, 2010 will pay only $175. To receive the reduced registration fee, you must be one of the first 200 individuals to register no later than September 14, 2010.
• All registrations received after September 14, 2010: $275

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please notify NYAIL in writing before September 21 to receive a full refund. After September 21, NYAIL will refund 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 30. Substitutions will be allowed if a letter is provided from the original registrant stating the conditions of the substitution and the name of the replacement.

Conference Accessibility

Auxiliary Aids

Interpreting services will be provided on request for all conference sessions. Additional auxiliary aids will be available on request as listed on the registration form. Please indicate which auxiliary aids you request when you register.

If you request interpreting services, we will contact you to identify which workshop sessions you will attend.  Interpreters will be assigned only to those workshop sessions for which a request has been made.

To ensure availability, you must submit your request for all auxiliary aids no later than August 24.  We will endeavor to meet the needs of those making requests after August 24, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Environmental/Chemical Sensitivities

For the safety and comfort of those with chemical and environmental sensitivities, please refrain from using any perfumed grooming products such as scented soaps, deodorants, perfumes, colognes, and heavily scented fabric softeners.

Scholarships

NYAIL expects to have a limited number of scholarships available for people with disabilities who would not otherwise be able to attend the conference.
